Support & Feedback

RustDeck beta — some functions may work unstably.

1. Stable host search

RustDeck is currently running on Render Free, which sleeps without activity. We are searching for a stable host so the Telegram bot and tracker stay online 24/7.

Until then, the bot may take a few seconds to wake up on first use.

2. Known shortcomings

• Whale feed — positions (LONG/SHORT) may lag behind fills; engine stabilisation in progress
• Tracker — spot balance counted from Hyperliquid data only; perp-price fallback removed
• Telegram bot — may sleep on Render Free plan until first ping

4. Transition instruction

If the site or bot is slow to load, wait a few seconds — the host is waking up. All wallets, alerts and subscriptions are preserved. Open /support again if anything breaks.

5. Disclaimer

RustDeck is an informational tool, not financial advice. We have no access to your funds and cannot place trades for you. All data comes from the public Hyperliquid API.
