Terms of Service

Short version RustDeck is an informational toolkit for
crypto traders. It is not financial advice, it does not place orders, and it
cannot touch your funds. Treat every number as a second opinion and verify it on the
exchange before you trade.
1. The service
- RustDeck shows public Hyperliquid market and wallet data (prices, funding,
positions, PnL, fills) and calculates position size, margin, fees and liquidation price.
- The service is provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy, availability or
fitness for a particular purpose. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong — markets move fast.
- We may add, change or remove features, and may pause the service for maintenance.
2. Not financial advice
Trading derivatives with leverage can lose money quickly, sometimes more than you planned.
Nothing on RustDeck is a recommendation, a trading signal or a promise of profit. Your orders,
your risk and your taxes are yours alone.
3. Your account
- Sign-in is through Google. Actions performed from your account are yours — keep the
Google account secure.
- Telegram alerts are linked with a one-time code and can be stopped at any time with
/unwatch and /clearalerts in the bot.
- Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload our servers (no scraping,
no mass automated requests), or to resell it as your own product.
4. Alerts and the free trial
- Telegram alerts come with a 7-day free trial. After it ends, watch slots may
require a paid subscription; the price and limits are shown before any payment.
- Alerts are best-effort notifications built on public data and on Telegram delivery,
so they can arrive late or not arrive at all. Never rely on them as your only protection:
keep your stop-loss orders on the exchange as well.
5. Third-party links
Some links — for example the Hyperliquid fee-discount link — are referral links: if you
register through one, the exchange may share part of its fees with us. Your price on the
exchange and your side of the deal do not change.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RustDeck is not liable for trading losses, lost
profit, missed or delayed alerts, or data errors. If you do not agree with these terms,
please do not use the service.
7. Privacy
What we store and how to delete it is described in the
Privacy Policy — in short: an email, a Telegram link and the wallets
you add, nothing else, and we never ask for keys or seed phrases.
8. Changes and contact
